Personal Training Questions
Personal training starts from £60 per session. Block packages offer better value: 5 sessions for £275 (£55 per session) and 10 sessions for £520 (£52 per session). Bespoke plans are priced on request depending on your requirements.
A bespoke plan includes a full fitness assessment, a custom week-by-week training schedule, nutrition guidance, regular progress reviews and ongoing PT support between sessions. Every plan is built from scratch for you specifically.
Absolutely. Personal training is one of the best ways to start your fitness journey safely. Your PT will start at the right level for you, teach you proper technique from the beginning and build intensity gradually as you get stronger and more confident.
Standard sessions are 60 minutes. This includes a warm-up, the main workout and a cool-down. If you need a shorter or longer format, speak to us when you enquire and we can discuss what works for your schedule.
Yes, and many of our clients do exactly that. PT sessions and group classes complement each other well. Your PT can structure your programme around your class attendance to make sure you are getting the best of both.
Please mention any injuries, medical conditions or physical limitations when you enquire. Our PTs are qualified and experienced in working around injuries and adapting programmes accordingly. We may ask you to get medical clearance from your GP for certain conditions before starting.
Most clients notice improvements in energy, strength and how they feel within 2 to 3 weeks of consistent training. Visible physical changes typically take 4 to 8 weeks depending on your goal, training frequency and nutrition. Your PT will set realistic expectations from the start.
Yes. When you enquire you can request a specific trainer or tell us about your goals and we will match you with the PT best suited to what you are trying to achieve. If for any reason you want to change PT later, just let us know.
