Step Aerobics
Fun, choreographed cardio on a step platform. Low impact on your joints, high on energy. Easy to follow and genuinely effective for burning calories and improving coordination.

Circuit Training
Move through a series of stations mixing strength and cardio. You work at your own pace. Full body conditioning in a format that keeps things interesting and the calories burning.

Strength
Guided resistance training to build muscle and improve posture. Structured, progressive and properly coached. Perfect if you want to feel stronger and move better day to day. Beginners welcome.

Booty, Burn & Beats
Lower body and glute-focused workout set to a great playlist. Squats, lunges and bridges timed to the beat. Fun, energetic and effective. You will feel it in your legs the next day.

Core & Strength
Targeted core exercises combined with full body strength movements. Helps improve posture, reduce back pain and build functional strength. Ideal if you spend your days at a desk.

All classes are held at Studio 68 London. A dedicated fitness space with everything you need. Just bring yourself, a water bottle and your energy.
Yes. Every class is designed to be accessible across all fitness levels. Our qualified instructors offer modifications and progressions throughout so you always work at the right intensity for you. If it is your first class just let the instructor know.
We strongly recommend booking ahead to secure your spot. Walk-ins are welcome where space allows but are not guaranteed. Pass holders get priority booking so their spot is always reserved.
The AM Daytime Pass covers all 8 lunchtime classes Monday to Thursday. The PM Evening Pass covers both Tuesday evening sessions. The All Access Pass combines both at the best value price.

Comfortable workout clothes and supportive trainers. A water bottle as all sessions are high energy. A small towel is useful. All equipment is provided in the studio so you do not need to bring anything else.
Yes. The AM Pass covers lunchtime sessions and the PM Pass covers Tuesday evening sessions. You can hold both, or go for the All Access Pass to cover everything in one monthly payment.
