It's not too late
to start
Somewhere along the way, training started feeling like it was for other people. Younger, fitter, already in the know. It isn't. This is a small group, a qualified coach who actually watches how you move, and a programme that meets your body where it is now.
Start where you are
You used to train. Then life got busy, and a break turned into a few years.
Getting back doesn't mean picking up where you left off. It means starting sensibly, with someone who knows how to bring you back safely. Small group, qualified coach, every movement scaled to you. Your knees, your back, your pace. Just steady, sensible progress on a Wednesday evening in SE1. Start with the six weeks and see how you feel.

Who this is for
Built for people getting back to it
You've had a long break
Months or years off, and you want a sensible way back in rather than a cold plunge.
You want coaching, not a crowd
A qualified coach who actually watches how you move, in a small group where you're seen.
You're nervous about the gym
Machines, mirrors and keeping up have put you off before. None of that here.
You've got things to work around
Knees, back, an old injury or just a busy life. Every movement gets scaled to you.
You want steady progress
Not a punishing bootcamp. A programme that meets your body where it is now and builds from there.
You're local to SE1
Five minutes from Southwark Station, Wednesday evenings at 6.30pm.
Not sure it's for you? If you can walk and you're willing to show up on a Wednesday, you're the right fit. The six weeks are a gentle way in, no experience needed.
One qualified coach, one small group, one steady programme that builds week on week. No machines, no keeping up, no judgement.

Tell your coach on day one. Your knees, your back, your pace. Movements are adjusted around what your body can do, and progressed only when you're ready.

There's no one to keep up with. It's a small group, not a race, and the coach works to your level. You go at your pace, not anyone else's.
Just yourself, trainers and a water bottle. We've got the weights and kit, and a qualified coach to show you how to use them.
